Properly Installing the Software
Install the latest version of the software and make sure your program is set up correctly. ATTENTION: We can help you with the installation and setup using a remote support session. Please contact us if you are interested.
Setting Up Your Master Files
The Master Files is the "Heart" of your program. Set up your important company information and enter commonly used data like Cities, Brands, and Companies in order to choose from them on various menus. This will help reduce typing errors and speed up data entry.
Network and Back up your SAFE Database
Learn how to put your database on a server or main computer, share it out, set permissions, and then access / link it from each computer using the SAFE Program. This video also covers how to Back Up your data to your desired location or source.
OSSF Section
Entering Permits
Quickly enter residential or commercial OSSF information into the Permit Records Menu along with system specs, contract info, inspection dates, financials, and much more!
